Mrs Pepperpot can't choose when she will shrink to four inches high - it just happens. But whatever she encounters, whether it be a monsterous mousetrap, a crafty fox or a gigantic mountain of ice cream, little Mrs Pepperpot will always come out on top.
I loved Mrs Pepperpot when I was a child, so pounced on this copy at a school fair for a chance to go back down memory lane. It was disappointing reading this, at age 34 - you really need to be 6 years old to 'get' the magic!

We really enjoyed reading the stories at night sometimes 2 or 3 at one time! and as a mother i found it to be quite informative to my boys about scandanavian cultures.
I also read this book as a child and felt my kids had to read it and they where pleased and enjoyed it.....We had lots of talk about the sizes of different Pepperpots!
My plan is to send it on to my friend in India so it will be big time travelling!
