I read this book in one evening after seeing both of the movies. It pretty much follows along the same way. Good entertainment if you enjoy science-fiction thrillers with a hint of satire.

I feel that this book was spoiled by my having seen the movie and thus knowing from the beginning of th ebook what was going on. What would it have been like if I had read the book knowing nothing about the movie? I think then it would have been a fascinating and chilling book. So I found myself comparing book to movie as I was reading. I knew the movie ending was different, but I didn't realize how much. I think I actually prefer the movie ending or at least something a little more close to it.
