Happy Reading.
Received from SKling list for S-Andrea at the Sunday meetup, I might try to accidentally read this before I pass it on at the next meetup!!
So, I was naughty and read this book that was intended for S-Andrea (but I have read it before I planned to see her, so I am not so terrible). Anyway, I really enjoyed the novel. It is about a book club that meets monthly to discuss a Jane Austen novel- I guess that much is obvious from the title. I liked it because it made me consider what made Jane Austen's works relevant to me, it delves into what they can mean to different people. I would highly recommend it to any one who has enjoyed Austen at some point in their lives. I think that it would be interesting to pass this book on to a couple of people from the Brisbane meetup group- viola for her love of Austen (although she may have already read it), and ridgebacklover as there is a ridgeback breeder (and some nice dog commentary) in the book.
intended for s-andrea, may be relayed through madam muck!
Finally caught! Thanks very much Madam Muck, Elisabethlily and SKinglist. I think I'll start reading it tonight........
