This is a book about dreams that I highly recommend. I read this at a time when I was having constantly disturbing nighttime adventures. This got me fascinated with dreamwork. It isn't a dream dictionary but a collection of techniques for using dream interpretation as a spiritual tool. Many of the individual and group exercises that Moss teaches here are based on shamanic practices. I found them very fun and revealing.
