In California's Sacramento Valley, six people meet once a month to discuss Jane Austen's novels. They are ordinary people, neithr happy nor unhappy, but all wounded in different ways, all mixed up about their lives and their relationships. Over the six months they meet marriages are tested, affairs begin, unsuitable arrangements become suitable and under the guiding eye of Jane Austen, some of them even fall in love...'
Intrigued by this - I'm expecting it to be similar the The Reading Group (different author which I read and loved earlier this year.

I loved this - a beautifully written book interspersed with Jane Austen - what could be better! Since I know and love Jane Austen's books, I feel that this added to my enjoyment of the book....and it has made me want to re-read them!!
I've committed this copy to be wild released for the special project, so now will have to go and buy another for my Permanent Collection!!
