I love Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series, so thought I'd give this story a go. More when I finish

I like to read Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. Although in the same vein, I found this book too predictable and simplistic. The Elsie character was obviously modeled after Gramma Mazur from the other series and the source of most the humor. If you're looking for something light and brainless - just fun to read - I recommend it.
