A 10 Plus+++++. Agreat read, full of vivid characters which come to life before your eyes. It is the story of two boys who become men and the bond that tied them. The book got wet and has some warped pages, therefore it is a PC.

What a great story! of hope, redemption, friendship, and how deeply a true friend and touch your every cell of being. I don't know much about Afganastan, so I don't know how much of the details of life, and descriptions of the circumstances are true, or fictitious. Another reader of this book, or commenting someplace else noted that they'd love to hear the reaction of an Afhani. I passed this book onto my mom, whom, I'm hoping, will register herself.
