This was an OK book for me but others in my family really enjoyed it

I couldn't believe my eyes,a book on a seat where I frequently leave books. Was an hour later than normal for walking to work. Not only a bookcrossing book but it was by one of my favourite authors and one I haven't read.It really made my day,I was so excited.Discovered this author when I watched TV series of "The Rector's Wife" and just had to read the book.Thank you so much I am rapt.
Question do you work in the area? I work in the Square.

Have to confess I struggled thro' this book and it is my one of my favourite authors.Felt like telling the characters to just get on with it,that's life.

I picked this up at the Feb meet up, took a while to register oops. I found it a really good read. A coming of age novel for the twenty first century. It used to be that the twenty somethings were aimless trying to figure out what the wanted to do with their lives but as degrees get longer & equity is harder to come by the age bracket has moved. Trollope has captured this with a novel about thirty somethings that all find themselves single and stuck in the 'student' mindset.
