WILD RELEASE NOTES:

RELEASE NOTES:

Having no room left in the suitcase, I left this book at my mother-in-law's house in New Hampshire. Maybe I'll read it this summer at the lake.

I did indeed return to New Hampshire and read this book by the lake. Llewellyn writes with great love for Wales and the Welsh people and language. Sentence constructs and names may be unfamiliar to the reader and seem quaint, but become endearing in a short time.
I loved this book.
Huw is born to a large family who traditionally worked in the coal mines. But in his lifetime, overuse of the land and loss of culture destroys the "greenness of the valley" in more ways than one.
This book has been on my recommended reading list since 1995, and I have finally read it 10 years later. Definitely worth reading.

I met abs at Full Belly Farm's Open Farm Day today and found this book lying on the table between us. I am delighted to have met a fellow book crosser, and I'm looking forward to reading the book!

RELEASE NOTES:

This book will be winging its way to Salt Lake City tonight with my mother-in-law, who picked it up and started reading it during her visit to us this week.

Journal Entry 6 by wingAnonymousFinderwing on Monday, July 11, 2005
My daughter in Law had just finished it. I had read it in high school but that was a long time ago. I started reading and had a hard time putting it down. It flew home to Salt Lake City with me. I am leaving it in the lobby at the West Jordan hosital where I work.
