Found this book behind my front door this evening when I returned from visiting a Dali-exposition in Rotterdam. This book sure has taken it's time to arrive, but I'm very happy about it's arrival (so is my husband vis, he wants to read it too).

I like the 'fiction based on a real subject'-books that Michael Crichton writes sometimes. In this book the effects of Japanese companies on the American economy is described while the characters in the story investigate a murder in the boardroom of a Japanese company in America.
Last week I recorded the movie on VCR, I'm curious what they have made of this book...

6-9-2008: watched the movie yesterday. Boy what a terrible movie, Wesley can't act,they gave away secrets in the beginning of the movie. It does not do the book justice at all. Forget the movie, just read the book!
