I recieved this from via trade from a fellow bookcrosser. I have read it before when it was new and really enjoyed it. I wanted to own it all in one book rather than in a series.
The Green Mile tells the story of a man wrongly convicted of raping and killing two young girls. It is told from the perspective of the warden on death row responsible for the convict.
I thought it was a great story with well developed characters. Their is an interesting background for each character, but it seems to tie into the story rather than distract from it.
