I've not yet read it, so I'm not sure whether this is truly achieveable, but I'm willing to give it a try!

Read this book a while ago and have already forgotten most of the "advice"! I might re-read it before I release it, or at least give it another go.
There are lots of exercises in the book to do to help yourself to get where you want to be. So if you want to get the most out of the book, you need to invest some time and energy, but that's not highly surprising really!
