Every Boy's Got One

I found this to be entertaining and a nice escape. I still like Boy Next Door best.
Rats! I didn't realize I wasn't logged in so the above entry was by me. I'm sending this off in Diane's book box.
A wonderful book, perfect for yesterday at the beach while I was bundled up in a towel to stay warm (daughter was surfing) and for today as I escaped the heat!! Think this one would make a cute movie .... one my husband wouldn't like but a good one for the girlfriends!

I thought this was a cute book and I really liked how the story was told using journal entries and emails. You knew the two were going to get together, but still fun to read how it came about and the other wacky characters. I thought the housekeeper's grandson was a great character.

I am excited to receive this book. I have already read "Boy Meets Girl" and "The Boy Next Door" and loved them...very humorous. I am looking forward to reading this one as well.
Well after having read Boy Meets Girl and The Boy Next Door I must say I was rather disappointed in this one. Not nearly as funny and rather unrealistic in the fact that who writes in a journal at the exact time one is being talked to.

I'm really looking forward to this one - I loved The Boy Next Door.
The conversations in the journal were a bit strange, but how else could she relay what they were? Forgivable. I thought it was funny, especially when Cal was writing about how Jane kidnapped him to go to Rome.

What a fun read! Written in emails -- how clever. Very different. I was not sure I'd like it at first, but ended up really enjoying the story; which ends up being based on Meg Cabot's own elopement to Italy.
