In the beginning, his name was Edward Bear. His friend Christopher Robin thought he should be called Winnie-the-Pooh, Pooh for short. Since then Pooh has become the most famous and most loved bear in literature. With his friends Piglet, Rabbit, Owl, Kanga und Little Roo, and Eeyore, he joins Christopher Robin in adventurius exploits that delight readers of all ages.
I love this bear! And a little bit of Pooh-ism does always brighten up you day!
Sing Ho! for the life of a Bear!

A great little book! Made for children but hopefully I will never be to old to enjoy it.
What about a mouthful of something?
I am going to bring it to Maastricht tomorrow.

I 'caught' this book while attending the 1st Euro-Region Meeting in Maastricht, NL, December 11, 2004. My first Bookcrossing meeting, first release and now my first set of captures!
I'm in the Netherlands for a 2 week visit and was able to attend this meeting quite by serendipity. Met a great bunch of people from all over!! It was fun and a good experience!
I plan to release this and my other 'captures' after I read them, into the wilds of America. So those of you who released these books will get a few extra thousand miles traveled by your books. Who knows where they will end, but now they will be on another continent. Bon Voyage!
