I FOUND IT At THE CENTRAL LIBRARY. EXCELLENT PLACE TO RELEASE A BOOK. IT IS THE SECOND TIME I AM FINDING A BOOK SO I ALREADY KNEW WHAT IT WAS WHEN I SAW IT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRS. IT MADE MY DAY.Thanks
