Everyone knows this book and the majority of people love it. They also loved the movies. I found the book hard going, not really my style but it's such a classic that you just have to try reading it.

We caught the book outside the polling booth at Mentone. It fired my sons' imagination and they have been waiting for me to finish the book. We are planning to release it before Christmas in Gippsland. Its not really my kind of book but as I haven't seen the movies it was worth a read.
