Bought as part of the Times Books for 99p offer. Looked promising as it says, "Winner of the Pulitzer Prize 2000" across the front. It is a series of short stories, most of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Couple of dull ones also but generally very good.

How crap am I? I just found this in my dining room...clearly picked up at the last Hull meet and I haven't journalled it! I am very sorry!

I am never going to read this book...nothing personal just have far too many that I picked up in my first flush of Bookcrossing, and have since ignored. This is going to a new home.

Update on 23rd June 2006: I tried reading this book and got half way through it but it's just not interesting enough to me... Someone else will enjoy it I'm sure.
