Sending out as a surprise.
Sending out as a surprise.
Couldn't imagine what was in the package. I hadn't ordered anything. Surely didn't expect all these books. Thank you, Tish2002.
I really enjoyed this book. It's what I call a cozy read. Nothing to get excited about, just ordinary people living ordinary lives. The mayor is jealous of Ethel because she's been going places with the lawyer. Louise's most gifted piano student refuses to play at the recital. Why is the B&B guest acting so peculiar? None of these things is mindboggling, but you keep reading until it's resolved. If you liked Jan Karon's books, you'll like this one.
I found the book in a waiting room of a doctor. I enjoyed the book. It was rather relaxing to curl up with the sisters and a cup of coffee. It is rather different from my usual choice of reading material. I like murder mysteries the best. I plan to set it free again soon but at a different doctor's waiting room. People are always looking for something to read there. I'm sure it will find wings again.
