I stumbled upon the book in an outdoors shopping plaza in Pleasanton, California and my friends and I were immediately curious about the yellow label saying, "I'm free.." I picked up the book and I am planning to read (at least some of) it, although it is not what I typically read. My initial reaction is that it may be a trashy book, but I think I'll give it a go in honor of its status as a book crossing book! Since I live in Sacramento, I also wanted to give it a lift further North so that it might continue its journey to who knows where.

It was a fun read, although the characters are rather "black and white." Not a lot of nuance in a book like this, but I didn't expect too much. Good ending. I left the book propped up on benches inbetween Hollywood video and Cold Stone Ice Cream, at corner of Fair Oaks and Arden.
