Exhibiting signs of a split personality, Janine struggles to control the more daring, rude Lenore, who threatens the equilibrium of Janine's social life and family and puts their lives at risk in yet another close call of an auto accident. A twist at the end both surprises and satisfies. A positive family story with strong psychological overtones, Haunted Sister is a fast read and should prove a popular choice with younger teens.
