A fast paced compelling read, but sadly predictable and uncerebral. Doesn't help that the 'brilliant, beautiful mathematician' is unbearably thick and acts like a petulent 17 year old. Didn't stop me reading it compulsively though!

I work close to the telephone box and after receiving the e-mail notification I went to have a look. The book was a bit shaken up and frightened by it's abandonment. I have explained to it that I am it's new master and that when I've finished reading it I shall also throw it out on the street ... I find that it's best to be truthful in these situations.

I thought this was a cracking book, it had some good ideas and the plot actually surprised me a few times. The writing style reminded me of James Patterson (short chapters) and I was very impressed with how this author introduces his characters; concisely but with a decent amount of back story. This book would work very well as a film, it's almost non-stop action with some nice set pieces. I'm keen to read another book by this author, "The Davinci Code".

I found this book in a lift labelled "This is a free book! Look inside for details!" Unable to resist a book, I did and I'm so happy that someone has created this brilliant scheme. I'm going to read this book just as quickly as I can and put it back into circulation along with a few of my own.
