The Hobbit : The Enchanting Prelude to The Lord of the Rings
3 journalers for this copy...
I first read this book as a freshman in high school; thank you, Mr. Schutt! When I saw the cover on that version, I thought *I am WAY too old to read this baby book! I'm 13!!!* Of course, I loved it! I re-read it again a year ago, but the book was loaned to a student before I joined bookcrossing. Now that I have it back, I can register it!

Journal Entry 2 by reader1107 at Enjoy! in Controlled Release, A Bookcrossing member -- Controlled Releases on Monday, September 27, 2004
I just got the book today via media mail for the book ring. I hope to start it soon, and will make another entry when I finish it
After more than a year of silence it is wondered where this book might be. The Lost Book Island gives these very quiet books a home away from home in hopes that they might one day speak to us again.
It seems so tragic that the generosity of the bookring was ended so suddenly right at the start and that the future readers of this book may never get to enjoy the wisdom of its pages.
It is hoped that one day very soon this book will get a journal entry that will tell of its whereabouts and help it to move again once more in the path that it once started out on.
