I really enjoyed this book. It was a bit of a far fetched story but everything seemed to wrap up nicely in the end. Lots of suspense and guessing at what really happened to little Meagan Stokes. I liked the "surprise ending" although it was one of the theories I guessed about 3/4 way through the book. This book was an easy, quick read.
Melanie Stokes was the "Other Daughter", adopted by the Stokes family after their daughter Meagan was murdered. Twenty years later, a reporter comes into Melanie's life with some information about her own past (which she has no memory of), that blows apart her whole world. Suddenly, all the people she's trusted for her entire life are suspect and everything she knew about her own identity will be questioned.
