I picked the category "Business and Investing" because it is essential about Business...but it is more than that. This book is about people skills and the importance of respect and loyalty.

The concepts in this book are so basic yet I fully understand the issues that managers would have with implementing - yet Semler has proof and backs it up with examples - his own companies' examples.
I have learnt a lot from this book - not just managerial skills, but also people skills and business skills.

A must read.

Given the book by Neesy as a must read, now I'm just trying to find the time to read it. At least I have it registered now though :) Looking forward to getting into it and the inspiration that will undoubtably follow.
