I only know Catherine Coulter from the books she wrote on homoeopathic remedies, but I always enjoyed those, so I'm looking forward to reading her 'other' books.

This was a surprising story! Of course, he and she are a couple from the first lines, even if they do not know that, yet. But from there on the story is not quite like the common romantic pocket, like those of Nora Roberts, but there is a lot more to the story. Suspense, murder, a jealous mother in law and her strange sister, family secrets, and sex, more and less explicit and with a touch of both female horror and humour.
