I couldn't stop telling people about this book while I was reading it. It is utterly compelling and narrated in a way I've never experienced before. I'm passing it on in hopes that someone else will enjoy it as much as I did. I will release this book as part of this nervousness.org project. http://nervousness.org/lmao/index.cgi?id=5974

This was an AWESOME book! Unbelievable :) The footnotes, and errors section (etc) is so funny. I highly recommend it! Great choice to send out Theryn!
I only got about 100 pages into this book and I didn't really want to go any further. I found the stream-of-consciousness writing to be tedious. The book looked like it would get interesting at certain points, but it felt like I was living in the author's head. I guess that's the point of a book like this. I thought it was a bit reminiscent of Catcher in the Rye. I'm sending this out to polyartgirl tomorrow.
I enjoyed the first part of the book, but then I couldn't get into reading about his every day life. It's only fair to say that I'm generally not a fan of non-fiction though. It seemed to me that the more distant the past about which he was writing the more fluid the prose.
Sending this to Reno Nevada as part of a Nervousness LMAO.
