I loved the Handmaid's Tale, and bought Blind... at the same time, however it is a much bigger book and I found it hard to get into as it's quite complicated, dipping from one perspective (and time) to another. It tells the tale of a woman whose sister died in the 1930s and had a novel posthumously released, and of the family's history from that moment until the present day. It includes excerpts of news reports, and the dead sister's novel. I really liked the concept and will hopefully read the book one day from the library, but for now I think I shall release the book to hopefully be read and loved by someone else.
