I still haven't read any Jane Austen, so I snagged this at the thrift store yesterday.
This book placed third on the BX Top 100 list this year.

I finally got around to reading this. My, it's densely written! But I really enjoyed seeing the quirks of late 18th-century courtship presented by a contemporary with a sharp wit, and it was enlightening to see how much modern storytelling owes to Miss Austen.
This will be included in the release project at the 2008 Mensa Annual Gathering in Denver, Colorado.
