This book was an interesting read, but ended up being even more interesting during our book club discussion. Consider what self-preservation maneuvers we all use, but never voice to others or to ourselves. How many things have we done in our lives just to live up to others' expectations? Aren't you glad she was true to herself. But some argued that she should have stayed with Kilroy? Or was he an emotional cripple? And Jamie...with friends like her! What do you think?
