A candid look at a year in the harsh life of being a shepherd in the Lake District, UK. Compelling reading! I read this for a book group and enjoyed it very much.

I herd this was a good book. Let me read this and I'll get back to ewe.

Not the book, though. It's going on a long trip to a distant land. Somewhere pretty close to where the story takes place, actually.
