Potentially lent to me by a friend and fellow bookcrosser.

I have read Outliers and listen to Malcolm Gladwell's podcast, so was happy to see this book offered by a friend on the English Books for Sale in Switzerland site... As it happens, I am not sure if she has given it or lent it to me, but I'll find out when we stay with them next month. For this reason I was keen to read this now, before the visit.
I found this an intriguing book although I do think I found Outliers more inspiring. Given the rash of police shootings in recent years, it seems police forces would do well to read this.
I remain a Gladwell fan.
