I got this softcover from Better World Books. It's about the author's experiences working with wild coatimundi (aka "chulo") in southern Arizona. (The region includes the Baboquivari mountains, which I'd read about in Erma J. Fisk's marvelous The Peacocks of Baboquivari.)

I hadn't known much about coatis, and this book provided lots of detail as to their behavior, appearance (kind of like attenuated raccoons, to whom they're related), and habits - as well as the threats they deal with in the often-harsh Arizona wilderness. (The book includes some personal-memoir segments, as the author was accompanied by his teenaged son and his son's best friend.)
