[Ex library, St John's School, Teachers Library, where ever that is...possibly Scotland? I found this in a charity shop in Edinburgh, perhaps around 2015? The books condition is compromised, it is coming apart and I do hope future readers look after it carefully. Is this, a book that needs to be re-published with a new foreword by a Native American?]

Stunning book, not entirely chirpy given one of topics, but compassionately created and fascinating.
