One of many books that I recently acquired for the purposes of sharing it with others. I picked this up from a local Little Free Library because I wanted to read it. I will then pass it around my local book group.

I enjoy the fact that Neil DeGrasse Tyson makes a genuine effort to bring the world of astrophysics with the reach of the everyday person. I was excited to pick up this book when I came across it in a Little Free Library. It was very readable while still being over my head. But my personal theory is that I learn a little bit every time I read a book like this and am at least infinitesimally smarter. If I read enough of these books I will begin to make sense of them. I think the chapter that made the most sense to me here was the one about the Table of Elements. Will have to reread the entire book someday when I am feeling studious.
