I got this hardcover from an online seller. It's about a teenager coping with the fallout of her parents' divorce and her father's remarriage, complete with efforts to make her bond with her new step-sister (hint: she really does not want to do this). But a road-trip that includes visits to several different amusement parks may lead to said bonding - if it doesn't cause more than one relationship to implode first...

This was aimed a bit younger than I'd expected, but was still a lot of fun, with Dalia gradually acquiring a solid group of friends - including, eventually, that same step-sister-to-be that she was so worried about - as well as more self-confidence. And there are some lovely scenes in which parents get told off for not handling the whole "dating again" and "major changes to the households" situations nearly as well as they should have.

The running subplot about Dalia and the roller coasters makes for some fun scenes, and overall it's a good read.

[There's a short TV Tropes page on the book with some entertaining tidbits.]
