They may be twins but Lizzie and Penny Berry are complete opposites, Penny is blonde, thin and outrageous, Lizzie is quiet, thoughtful and definitely not thin. The one thing they share is the desire to do something with their lives and the best place to do that would be in London. Out of the blue their Grandmother who lives in Chelsea has to go into hosptal and they find themselves flat sitting.
