I noted especially discussions of the Crimean War, balance of power in 19th century Europe...The fact that some of 19th century Europe looks a lot like today, only US is the Dynasty making efforts to rule/nuetralize the middle east....
Worth the read, readable. Especially for travellers to Russia who like knowing the story behind the scenes and the past that goes with now.
