Taking this book to our meetup at Harbord House Pub today. The meetup is in honour of intrepid world traveller Leester, who is currently visiting from Doha, Qatar (back to her home town of Toronto).

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Dear Finder of this book. You've found a free "travelling" book, registered on Bookcrossing.com which is just like geo-caching - but for books. Please take a moment to make a brief journal entry, so we know it's been found. When you are done with the book, pass it on and help its journey continue. Bookcrossing is free, anonymous and "aims to make the whole world a library". There are hundreds of thousands of Bookcrossers all over the world!

Picked up at TO meetup. It was so wonderful to see old friends!

I didn't realise this was short stories when I picked it up as I don't usually read short stories.
However, these are more like little vignettes (7-15 pages in length) with a recipe at the end...more like an amuse bouche than an appetizer :)
They are a little bit cheesy and corny and remind of those 2 minute mysteries that the reader has to solve the 'whodunnit' from the clues.
I read one each night with my tea before bed and they were a pleasant way to wind down for the evening.
