The books in the Cedar Cove series can be read independent, but I was looking forward to reread the first volumes and read several volumes in one go.

When it comes to this second volume, that I’ve read already before, it is less satisfying then the first of the Cedar Cove series. I believe this is the volume of characters introduces that enter more into the spotlight with stories raised but without closure in this volume.
