I have mixed feelings about this book. It’s basically a good story but the author has chosen to also include the history of Wales. I found this rather annoying when I was following along trying to work how who dunnit and found myself reading about how lakes got their names, famous Kings and Arthurian legends. If the story needed such explanation all well and good however the plot had nothing to do with any of that.
