Book burble: FROM A WRITER OF UNPARALLELED VIVID IMAGINATION AND EMOTIONAL INSIGHT, three stories about the deliciousness of wanting and waiting for that moment when lips touch...

In Victorian times, goblin [men] offered sumptuous fruits in exchange for maidens' souls ... and were usually successful. But what does it take to tempt today's savvy young women? Discover the answer in GOBLIN FRUIT.

In SPICY LITTLE CURSES a demon and the ambassador to Hell tussle over the soul of a beautiful English girl in India. Matters become complicated when she falls in love and decides to test the curse placed upon her.

And in HATCHLING, six days before Esme's fourteenth birthday, her left eye turns from brown to blue. She little suspects what the change heralds, but her small safe life begins to unravel at once. What does the beautiful, fanged man want with her, and how is her fate connected to a mysterious race of demons?

Gracious me, is this really the FIRST copy of this registered!

From fantastic fiction.com a neat introduction. "Three tales of supernatural love, each pivoting on a kiss that is no mere kiss, but an action with profound consequences for the kissers' souls."

Hmmm, facinating, mesmerising and gripping for the most part. Certainly some elements of too epic in parts and puzzling in others but even so undenibly entertaining. Teens are the target audience tho not me.

GOBLIN FRUIT — Seductive grand and fatal folly becons.
SPICY LITTLE CURSES SUCH AS THESE — highly creative and edgy.
HATCHLING — Fragile testiment to the powers of determination and hope, with a wave to wonder on the way. Can you tell I liked this tale best?

Have marked this as reserved as I have a number of ideas for it's next reader, torn over which to follow. More thought required.

Passing briefly to another reader, a non-bookcrossing chum - for return when read. Looking forward to some thoughts.

RELEASE NOTES:
Book returned without comments. Disappointing as K's a discerning reader. Still, I can freeze up too if asked to provide my thoughts on the hoof, as it were. Again offered it around to some, but no takers, so next plan into the post for Cassandra2020 to pass round a few Official BookCrossing zones out side Edinburgh.
