Lieutenant Lindsay Boxer is back at work when a series of murders occur, seemingly racially based. This theory is reinforced when they uncover the murders are committed by a white supremacist group called Chimera. Or one white supremacist in particular. Who they suspect is an ex-cop recently released from prison for murdering a black teen 20 years previously. An ex-cop with a grudge. A grudge against Lieutenant Boxer. But is it really the ex-cop that did it???!!
