I got this softcover at Barnes and Noble. Its multi-threaded, cross-time plot sounds intriguing.

Later: Hmmm. I enjoyed the first entry, which introduced one viewpoint character and told us a lot about her life, with a foreshadowing at the end that made me want to read on. But as the viewpoints switched and the story threads tangled and changed, I found myself losing interest. By the time I'd skimmed to the end (not the best way to read a book like this, I admit) I had picked up some elements, but how they related or whether they all co-existed in the same universe I wasn't sure. (I did love the chapter about the island village where the locals pretended to be low-tech and ignorant for the benefit of the tourists, returning to their high-tech future setting as soon as the visitors were gone.) I should probably have tried this one as a carrying-around book, to force me to slow down and appreciate each segment on its own...
