I had a very good friend in Northern Alberta pass this book to me when I was visiting earlier this month.
It is interesting that the characters in this novel do not have names. only Santiago, the boy, the gypsy, the king, the alchemist and others, I feel that there is less confusion in concentration for me. 😊
A young Andalusian Shepherd sells off his sheep to go on a journey to the pyramids in search of a treasure. It was really good to read something that was deep for a change.
