Thank you very much! I've only read the first two in the series and this is the twelfth so it might take me a little while...
The circus is in town, and a young girl turns up on Ryan's doorstep with a memory of her mother being killed. It's a cold case and evidence won't be easy to find. Meanwhile there are gangland killings going on and Lowerson takes his first turn at being the officer in charge of a case. As much of a page-turner as the rest of the series!

These are such fun books to read, I always enjoy them. As usual you are left wondering what will happen in the next book, and looking forward to getting the next one so you know what happened!

The book has arrived and I'll get to it as soon as I can. There are two books ahead of it in the queue.
Although the premis of a child turning up on Ryan's doorstep asking him to find out who killed her mother is most unlikely, it makes for a great tale and I really enjoyed this book to the full and am already looking forward to the next one.
