Seventy year old Percy's comfortable, but lonely, life is turned upside-down when he agrees to let his beloved wife's dance studio, in the barn on his property untouched since her death, be turned into a preschool for extremely precocious children and their well off parents.

Percy now has to now buy a swim suit as he can no longer swim in his pond naked. He has to contend with cars in his driveway during pick up and drop off. And the noise!
