The book itself has not arrived yet. But I got the bookplate with the BCID today. Thank you so much for sending me things and fighting the mistakes of customs workers.

Also a big thanks for planting trees for me. We need to help the earth not destroy it.

The book has arrived. It was rather strange though as the envelope was torn and the book was put into a plastic bread-bag and delivered separate from the rest of our mail. The postal service normally sticks a note on and saying it was mishandled in the machines or something, and never have they delivered mail in a bread-bag. Perhaps it took a detour to a neighbour first.

Anyway, I am glad it is here.
