One of the best parts of this book is the title. Before starting the book it wasn't clear that the honor in question is Honour, the heroine, and there is plenty of trouble in her universe. I can't say I loved this book, although I did enjoy it more and more as I got deeper in.
Here for once we have a hero who is not particularly in control of himself - or his circumstances - but as a bastard, and not proud to be one, he seemed pretty unconcerned about at least making an effort to avoid continuing the trend!
Honour's scheme is so lame that it is indeed astounding that she even thinks of it. I also was not totally convinced by the friends to enemies relationship between Honour and Monica (and all the sisters, by extension). At some point they were best friends, but now it's all they can do to hurt each other. There's a hint towards the end it could also be the mother's doing, but still.
At the end I was curious to know what adventure Grace had embarked on, but I don't have the next book.
