This paperback was among the books donated by the United Way and the Nashua Public Library for distribution to various Little Free Libraries. It's about a girl from Kosovo who has a new home in New York, but has to try and make her way in her new school. The viewpoint switches between Drita's and that of Maxie, the girl who leads the clique that rules the fourth grade - and who has problems of her own.
