I purchased this via the "Used books in Switzerland" Facebook page. My first transaction through this group, and it went very smoothly.

The good news is that I read this one fairly quickly after the previous book in the series so this time I remembered what was going on. I don't have any more of the series, so if I read another, it will be a while. I think I may be growing out of this series.
I did enjoy this one, with the goddess (high priestess?) of Death coming to Tulsa to sort some things out. The book culminates with a revealing of how Zoey's mother was murdered and there's a lot of reshuffling which happens.

This leaves France and heads to the UK, to an old bookcrossing friend, thanks to bookmooch. Enjoy!

Finally read this book, I just have too much of a mountain of TBR!

I got back into the series pretty quickly, the Cast authors sure know how to write! I loved that the goddess Nyx came to sort some things out. I also found it interesting reading about Rephaim and how he starts to get used to having been given the gift of humanity during the night but a crow during the day.

Not too sure about Aurox, is this another love interest for Zoey? I don't know how I feel about how she gets around guys, I can't even keep one interested haha.

I'm so glad that Zoey reveals the way in which her mother died. I just want everything to come down on Neferet...

Don't know how long it'll be until I read the next one, but hopefully not too long, really want to finish this series, more on the basis that I've been reading it for so long, rather than being fully addicted to it.

It's my birthday today, so thought I'd wild release a few books. Never been to this Coffee no. 1 place, but wow there's a huge book shelf!

I hope this book ends up in the hands of a reader who will love this!
